Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

After your order is placed, we will pick, prepare, and pack your product(s) for shipment. It may take a few days to get your order ready for shipment. Once it leaves our facility, your order is in the hands of the selected carrier. Shipment processing times are listed below.

*Delays may be experienced over holidays, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once the package has been shipped, the control over the timing of delivery is the responsibility of UPS. 


Shipment to P.O. boxes

At this time, the we do not ship to P.O. boxes. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

After the order has been fulfilled and shipped, an automated email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

The Pressed Bouquet Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Pressed Bouquet Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, however, the Pressed Bouquet Shop will work with you to fix any product that arrives damaged to the best of their ability. If an order was received damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim then contact the Pressed Bouquet Shop via the contact form on the website to discuss fixing the damaged goods. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

The Pressed Bouquet Shop does not currently offer international shipping, as they only accept orders from the United States.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
